Ston Easton Park could have been purpose built for Christmas. The beautifully proportioned rooms, open log fires and stunning festive decorations come together to create the perfect atmosphere for a traditional Christmas house party. Join us for our two or three day break and let us take all of the strain out of the arrangements and provide you with the relaxing escape you deserve in one of the West Country’s most romantic estates.

Christmas Eve
Sunday 24th December 2017

Roaring log fires and an equally warm welcome will greet you as you arrive at Ston Easton Park for our festive celebrations.

Arrive at your leisure and join us for a quintessentially English afternoon tea served in the Saloon from 2.00pm until 4.00pm

At 7.00pm we would like to invite you to join us for an informal Sparkling Wine reception in the Saloon, giving you the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow house guests and the Ston Easton Park team that will be looking after you during your Christmas break.

Dinner will be served in the Sorrel Restaurant where our team of chefs will present the first of their festive offerings. Following dinner, for those that may wish to venture out, our Reception team will have details of local midnight mass services including Wells Cathedral.  Upon your return, we will have a warming glass of mulled wine and a mince pie waiting for you by the fire.

Christmas Day
Monday 25th December 2017

Enjoy a Continental breakfast in the comfort of your bedroom between 8.00am and 10.00am.

There are morning church services which are held in the surrounding local area, including Wells Cathedral just a short drive away. For those of you who wish to stay at home, Oscar our house Spaniel will be delighted to lead you on a guided tour through the stunning grounds!

Join us from 12 noon, for a Celebration Champagne Reception, followed by our indulgent six course Christmas Day Luncheon. The afternoon is yours to spend at your leisure. We recommend curling up in one of our sumptuous sofas with a good book from the library, or why not venture down to the basement where you will find our billiard room and Garden Room which has a collection of board games that you can play with your family and friends.

At 7.30pm we will be serving a presentation cold buffet supper.

You may choose to visit Wincanton Races for a flutter, take seats at the Theatre Royal for the pantomime, or take a walking tour of Bath.
