The Masters of the Somerset Meeting with a Touch of Tradition

The Masters of the Somerset Meeting with a Touch of Tradition

Here at Ston Easton Park, we like to think we do things a little differently when it comes to a corporate catch up. Gone are the days of limp buffets in dingy conference centres, we strive to provide a vibrant and lively atmosphere for corporate events so that you can keep your delegates engaged, focussed and, most importantly, well fed!

Here are just a few reasons why most of our business customers can’t get enough of our Somerset conference venue.

The Yellow Dining Room; this is a favourite for those looking to impress. It is a stunning Georgian dining room complete with an antique table and a chandelier worthy of a Jane Austen novel.

Then there’s the Print Room; not shy of the Yellow Dining Room, it has many of its own ornate and wholly immersive bespoke features. From the listed paintings on the walls to intimate dining experience it can offer.

Off from both the Yellow Dining Room and the Print Room are traditional lounges (The Library and The Drawing Room) with Downton-esque antique furniture which also offers that home-from-home comfort. These have been described as ‘…the most picturesque break out rooms one can get’ by previous business guests.

We don’t mean to boast, but our amazing Head Chef is always on hand to provide you with delectable delights, whether that is a finger buffet, hot buffet, or even a plated meal, all to the high standards of our award-winning Sorrel Restaurant which has two AA rosettes.

Tranquillity - Ston Easton Park is that we are tucked away in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside, just minutes away from the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This allows delegates to remain undisturbed as you reside in the exquisite hotel and grounds.

Don’t be mistaken though, we aren’t too far away from civilisation! The hotel is conveniently located between Bristol and Bath, is easily accessed from the M4 and M5 and provides free parking for any delegates who are travelling in by car.

Loyal and dedicated; these are the terms used by our corporate clients to describe our experienced event coordinators. They tend to be on hand at all times to help plan in advance and keep everything ticking along during ones stay with us.

Lastly, if all of this sounds too good to be true, don’t worry we can work to most budgets – just let us know your budget and we can build a package to fit.

We love to welcome new business clients from nearby and a far.

If you’d like to discuss your conference requirements or to book a full tour of the hotel, please call 01761 241 631 or email events@stoneaston.co.uk.
