Join our Gardeners Dale & Steve for this interesting day dedicated to the diverse Chilli. We begin at 10.30am where you will learn the history of Chilli's and the many varieties they come in. Then it's back to basics as you are shown the best way to grow and care for your Chilli plant to reap a maximum crop.
After a tour of the garden to see the ideal growing conditions we will return inside to discuss the Scoville scale of chilli heat and a tasting of raw chilli's. Finaly Chef has created a special 3 course lunch for you to enjoy incorporating chilli into each of the 3 courses.
