Private use of our exclusive hotel includes all the facilities of the Main House, the Gardener’s Cottage (situated in the heart of our gardens) and grounds, making it your home for the sole enjoyment of you and your friends.
The wonderful, romantic setting makes Ston Easton Park ideal for weddings or special anniversaries, while the unsurpassed levels of service and secluded environment make it perfect for corporate events or team building breaks for key staff or star-performers.
The hotel comprises 19 twin/double bedrooms, two single rooms and three twin/double suites in The Gardener’s Cottage. It is possible to reserve cots and z-beds for children in selected bedrooms at an extra charge of £20.00 per cot and £40.00 per z-bed will apply. This rate includes breakfast.
An exclusive use charge will automatically be required if you desire the use of Ston Easton Park after 5.30pm for an evening reception or dining over 40 people.

To book exclusive use on a Saturday, you are required to reserve a minimum number of bedrooms* on Friday night.
Exclusive use rates include hire of the house, full English breakfast for each guest (based on two people sharing a bedroom) and VAT at 17.5%.
It is possible to reserve cots and z-beds for children in selected bedrooms. An additional charge of £20.00 per cot and £40.00 per z-bed will apply. This rate is inclusive of breakfast.
