A few weeks ago my wife made a booking for dinner for six and also accommodation.
The evening in question was that of Tuesday 22nd May, which happened to be my seventy fifth birthday. We all duly arrived and were installed in our pleasant comfortable bedrooms. When we descended for dinner, we were very pleased and excited to see that we had been allocated, not only a private room for our aperitifs but also a seperate dining room. Our orders were taken and in due course, the meal and wines were served.
I am now, somewhat belatedly, writing to compliment you on your personnel, in that the quality of our dinner, and the discreet and efficient manner in which it was presented was excellent. The various dishes were delightful, and the attention to the staff to us and to detail, most complimentary. We all had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay.
On behalf of our friends, my wife and I, thank you for having made an old man's 75th such a happy and memorable occassion.

Hello,
I would like to express mine and my Mum's gratitude to all involved in the arranging of the Wedding Fayre which was held at Ston Easton Park on the 25th March 2007.
We had only previously been to one such event before (at a different venue) and to be honest we weren't expecting anything much as the last one was a bit of a let down! How wrong we were (and so pleased to be proved wrong!). We both had a fantastic time seeing what Clarks Village had to offer and all the people manning the tables were friendly and genuinely interested in what we were thinking/planning. We came away with so many ideas and thoughts we couldn't stop talking about it. And it was so nice to see things that were aimed at the groom as well as the bride, my fiance had decided not to come as the last one was so bride orientated and we both wished that he had.
Many thanks for restoring our faith in wedding fayres and we wish you the best of luck if you decide to continue with hosting them. Please pass my thanks one to all involved.

I hope this email finds you after trying to track down your business correspondence address.
My reason for contacting is to raise to yourself in the highest regard Mr. Andrew Chantrell of Ston Easton Park and his amazing team who are without doubt the hardest working, most personable, most knowledgeable and most professional set of people my wife and I have ever come across.
We were recently married at Ston Easton Park and I honestly cannot hold Andrew and his team in the ultimate regard they deserve. They all helped us to create such an amazing day and really are the finest example of such a great professional and hardworking and generally great people you could hope to meet.
Again, the Ston Easton Park team is such a true asset to the Von Essen Group and I hope their hardwork is duly rewarded. The entire team are amazing and individual names that spring to mind are Kelly, Carly, Peter, Andrew, Becky & Rodrigues.
If I can help any further please feel free to contact me on this address, or the email detailed below.
Kind regards Scott Lincoln

I am writing to thank you and your staff for arranging and providing a memorable birthday party for me and my guests on Sunday 11th February. The planning, the reception, the staff and the meal cooked by the chef were all excellent. My friends have said what a wonderful time they had. I could go on but I think you will now know we are delighted we came to Ston Easton Park for the celebration.
Please pass on my thanks to all those concerned.
Your sincerley
