 Christmas at Ston Easton Park is a feast for all the senses. Whether you are in need of a quiet, relaxing break or in search of a decadent treat, our gift to you is the very best of cuisine and service, wrapped up in a stunning 18th Century Palladian Mansion.
Exquisite antique furnishings, paintings and ornaments grace every room and the house will be adorned with decadent decorations, stunning Christmas trees and traditional log fires. The finest of seasonal fayre prepared by our chefs, combined with the service offered by our team of dedicated staff, will ensure you have a festive and relaxing break in one of the West Country's most romantic estates.Our Christmas and New Year programmes give you the perfect combination of the finest cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service and as much or as little entertainment as you could wish for. All that is left for you to do is sit back and enjoy our hospitality.
Christmas Eve
Roaring log fires and an equally warm welcome will greet you as you arrive at Ston Easton Park for our festive celebrations.
Arrive at your leisure and join us for a quintessentially English afternoon tea served in the Saloon from 2.00pm onwards. Paul Roberts our resident pianist will be playing throughout the afternoon.
At 7.00pm we would like to invite you to join us for an informal Champagne reception in the Saloon, giving you the opportunity to meet your fellow house guests and some of the people that will be looking after you during your Christmas break. Dinner will be served in the Sorrel Restaurant where our team of chefs will present the first of their festive offerings.
Following dinner, you are more than welcome to join us for midnight mass at Wells Cathedral. Transport has been arranged and upon your return we will have a warming glass of mulled wine waiting for you by the fire.
Christmas Day
Continental breakfast will be served in your bedroom from 8.00am-10.30am.
There is a morning service held at Ston Easton Church, which is within easy walking distance from the hotel. Alternatively, Wells Cathedral is a short drive away. For those of you who wish to stay at home, Oscar our House Spaniel will be delighted to lead you on a guided tour through the stunning grounds.
Father Christmas will pay a visit to the house this morning with gifts for everyone from under the tree.
From 12 noon a Champagne reception will be followed by our indulgent six course Christmas Day Luncheon.
The afternoon is yours to spend at your leisure. We recommend curling up in one of our sumptuous sofas with a good book from the library, or for the more active we have plenty of board games, a treasure hunt through the house and grounds and our annual Christmas quiz.
At 8.30pm we will be serving a presentation cold buffet supper.
Boxing Day
Continental breakfast is served in your room from 8.00am or if you prefer, from 9.00am in the Sorrel Restaurant where we will be serving a Traditional English Breakfast with all the trimmings until 10.00am.
For those who wish to go out and about, we will have plenty of suggestions of where to go and what to do in the area. You may choose to visit Wincanton Races for a flutter, take seats at the Theatre Royal for the pantomime, or take a walking tour of Bath. We will be delighted to make the arrangements for you.
For the finale to your Christmas break at Ston Easton Park, join us in the Saloon for cocktails followed by a farewell Gourmet Dinner presented by our team of award-winning chefs. .
Monday 27th December
A leisurely breakfast may be taken in the restaurant or in your bedroom between 8.00am and 10.00am
Following a mid morning coffee, we bid you farewell with a gift from Ston Easton Park to remind you of your stay with us.

The rates stated above are for either a two or three night Christmas break and are applicable arriving on either Friday 24th December or Saturday 25th December 2010.
This special break is available from 24 December 2010 to 27 December 2010. Subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions
The rates stated above are for either a two or three night Christmas break and are applicable arriving on either Friday 24th December or Saturday 25th December 2010.
Additional nights can be reserved starting from the special rate of £130.00 per person including accommodation, three course a la Carte dinner, full English breakfast, and VAT (Not applicable for nights included in programme).
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements throughout your stay but politely request that prior notice be given.
We reserve the right to change the programme without notice.
A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 per person is required to secure your booking. The balance will be due by 1st December 2010. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so we regret it will be necessary to charge the full cost of the reserved accommodation.
We advise insurance against losses arising from unavoidable cancellation.
