Thursday 30th December 2010
Warmth and courtesy will greet your arrival as we welcome you to the house to start our New Year celebrations. The festivities begin at 3.00pm with afternoon tea in the Saloon and Library.
From 7.00pm to 9.15pm dinner will be served in our Sorrel Restaurant where our team of chefs will present a delicious gourmet dinner.
New Years Eve – Friday 31st December 2010
This morning you may choose to enjoy a Continental Breakfast in your bedroom or join us for a traditional full English breakfast in the restaurant.
The day is then yours to spend at your leisure. Why not take a walk in the extensive gardens or just sit back and enjoy one of the many comfy sofas in the house. For those of you who wish to go out and about we will have plenty of suggestions of where to go and what to do in the area. You may want to try your luck with a round of golf at our neighbouring golf course, a trek on horseback through the local countryside or some retail therapy in the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. Tea and scones will be served from 3:30pm by the open log fires before preparing for the evening’s festivities.
From 8:00pm join us in the Saloon to get the evenings festivities underway with a glass of Champagne. This will be followed by our Black Tie Gala Dinner which will be served in the Sorrel Restaurant from 8.45 pm. Throughout the evening The Steve Doig Band will entertain you until the small hours. We will welcome the New Year in with fireworks on the back terrace.
New Years Day – Saturday 1st January 2010
Once again, breakfast will be served either in the comfort of your own room or in the restaurant.
For those of you who are leaving us today, we politely request that rooms are vacated by midday.

Prices are per room for 2 nights, are based on two adults sharing a double or twin bedroom and are fully inclusive of the meals, Champagne reception, the entertainment detailed above and VAT.

This special break is available from 29 December 2010 to 1 January 2011. Subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions
The activities detailed on New Years Eve are suggestions and will be charged as taken. Please advise us at time of booking if you would like us to make any arrangements on your behalf.
Additional nights can be reserved starting from the special rate of £130.00 per person including accommodation, three course a la Carte dinner, full English breakfast, and VAT (Not applicable for nights included in programme). We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements throughout your stay but politely request that prior notice be given. We reserve the right to change the programme without notice. A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 per person is required to secure your booking. The balance will be due by 1st December 2010. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so we regret it will be necessary to charge the full cost of the reserved accommodation. We advise insurance against losses arising from unavoidable cancellation.
